These General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") and the applicable Specific Terms and Conditions ("Specific Terms") — collectively, the "General and Specific Terms" — form a legal agreement governing the use of the content and services offered via Short Messaging Services (the "SMS Service"), the internet, this website, WAP sites (the "Sites"), or any other mobile content delivery methods provided by Jetgetgames or its subsidiaries ("Jetgetgames", "we", "us", "our"), unless stated otherwise in writing.
Please consult the Specific Terms applicable to your country of residence. Your use of the SMS Service and/or the Sites (collectively, the “Services”) signifies your acceptance of these General and Specific Terms. We may revise these Terms at any time, particularly in relation to pricing, features, or conditions. Any such changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Additional rules, such as those for games, contests, promotions, or service-specific guidelines ("Additional Provisions"), may also apply and are considered part of these General Terms. In the event of a conflict, the Additional Provisions will prevail. By accessing the Services or accepting the welcome message, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms.
Jetgetgames provides access to a network of online and mobile services including, but not limited to: news, email, chat, horoscopes, games, ringtones, wallpapers, videos, and more. These services may also include content from third-party providers. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any Services at any time. Jetgetgames will not be held liable for any such changes or interruptions.
To use our Services, you must:
Meet the minimum age requirement stated in the Specific Terms.
Be the wireless account holder or have the bill payer’s consent.
Agree (on behalf of the bill payer and yourself) to the General and Specific Terms.
Use of the Services implies acceptance of these Terms. You must have compatible devices and a valid subscription with a supported mobile network to access mobile content. Compatibility is your responsibility; please consult our Compatible Devices Table. Charges may apply whether or not you download content, as charges are based on access rights.
Our Sites are free to browse. SMS Services, however, are chargeable and will be billed via your mobile operator or deducted from your balance. Charges and billing frequency are outlined in the welcome message. Prices are subject to change with notice. If you do not agree with the new rates, you may cancel the subscription. You are responsible for applicable taxes (excluding Jetgetgames’ corporate income tax) on Services used.
You agree to:
Treat shared information as confidential.
Avoid offensive, defamatory, or illegal behavior or content.
Respect the privacy and rights of others.
Not infringe any intellectual property or use the Service fraudulently.
Refrain from advertising or spamming.
Not transmit contact details publicly.
Jetgetgames may suspend or terminate your access if you violate any part of this Code.
You must ensure that all personal data provided during registration is accurate. Inaccurate information may result in account suspension. Keep all account credentials confidential. If unauthorized use is suspected, notify us immediately. Certain Services may be accessible without registration, such as SMS sign-ups, where identification is based on your mobile number.
To claim any prizes, you must:
Be a registered user.
Meet the age and residency criteria stated in the Specific Terms.
Provide valid identification upon request.
Cash prizes will only be paid into domestic bank accounts. Costs related to prize delivery are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. Jetgetgames staff, sponsors, and affiliates are excluded from participation.
You agree to indemnify Jetgetgames and its affiliates from any third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of the Terms, or infringement of rights.
This is a one-time payment service valid for 1 month unless stated otherwise. Jetgetgames reserves the right to suspend or delete your account after giving 15 days' notice. If services are interrupted due to reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to provide prior notice.
By using the Services, you agree to receive advertisements. We do not share your data with advertisers without your consent. Jetgetgames is not responsible for third-party content or transactions. You may opt out of direct marketing communications at any time.
All rights to the Services, including software, content, and intellectual property, are owned by Jetgetgames or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Services as provided. You may not reverse engineer, modify, sublicense, or sell any part of the Services. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Services are provided "as is".
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
You use the Services at your own risk.
Jetgetgames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to access the Services.
These Terms override all previous agreements. Additional services may carry extra conditions. Your local law applies. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect. Section titles are for reference only.
